1. The system defaults to a new patient, so unclick the top left box if you are an established patient.
2. Click the appointment date and time you prefer.
3. Be sure to use patient name and date of birth
4. If the patient is under 13, it will ask if you are the patient. Click “no”, so it will allow you to agree and continue.
